“A lovely spot, if a rather rough road to hoe”

The Inn was lovely, with beautiful views, surrounded by genuine quiet. It is far enough away from any traffic so as to muffle all road sounds, a rare enough experience in today's world. The road there was VERY rough, mainly due to construction trucks plying the road. Do not let that deter you; this is an excellent B&B, just outside of El Paso with an accommodating host.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in the El Paso area, this a very nice outside of the el paso area. The place is like a touch of Santa Fe style. The view from the back patio if fantastic, especially at nite. YOu can see the lights of the city down the mesa, its like Christmas lights. The place has a gas BBQ grill, so on one nite we had a romantic BBQ on the patio, lite music, wine, lots of start seen very well being away from the city. The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was yummy and feeling. No not just toast and bagels, but full breakfast, eggs, fruit, coffee..!! We could very easily stay there all season.. The Inn was like a hacienda, nice little areas here and there around the property, and a very nice place to walk out in the back yard area. it was like a desert garden, even had a life size medicine wheel, to see and relax and enjoy.. sure you had to drive on a short distance on a dirt road, but the best places are always out of the way a bit, and great price!!

“A little piece of heaven!”

We spent 4 exceptional nights here in the Ozo suite - each of the 4 suites has a Southwestern theme - ours was the bear and the bedroom/washroom were tastefully decorated with pictures, carpets, woven coasters of the Ozo. The bed - oh, so comfortable! We took day trips exploring the countryside and it was such a relief to come back to our home-away-from-home. No city noises, waking up to a beautiful vista of desert and mountains, a wonderful retreat. Marlene is a gracious hostess who prepares wonderful homemade breakfasts! Highly recommend her Casa de Suenos - for one night or many!

From Marlene's warm welcome and excellent travel advice to the comfortable rooms with their colorful western decor to the delicious breakfast, this casa delivers the best in the bed and breakfast experience. this is your must stop in the El Paso/ Las cruces area (it is between the two and convenient for either).
